Our studios are designed for ultimate, on-demand flexibility. You can book your workspace by the day, week, or month, and seamlessly extend your agreement for as long as your project requires, subject to availability.

No! We have completely simplified the process. You don’t need endless Spanish bureaucracy, a local bank account, or a guarantor. You only need a valid passport or ID card, proof of your purpose of stay (work contract, university acceptance, or digital nomad status), and to complete your booking online.
It’s 100% digital. Select your studio, choose your dates, and submit your request. Once approved, you can securely pay the deposit/first month online via Stripe or PayPal to lock in your studio instantly.

Pricing & Utilities

Yes, absolutely. The price you see is the price you pay. High-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and heating/AC are all included in your monthly rent. No hidden fees, no surprises at the end of the month.

Yes, a standard security deposit is required to cover any potential damages. This deposit is securely held and will be fully refunded to your bank account within 14 days of your check-out, following a quick inspection of the studio.

The Studios & Amenities

Our studios are 100% move-in ready. They feature premium furniture, a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, plates, cutlery), a washing machine, fresh bed linens, and towels. Just bring your suitcase and your laptop.

Yes, we know how important connectivity is. All our central Madrid studios are equipped with dedicated, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, perfect for video calls, streaming, and remote work.

Check-in & Living in Madrid

A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with all the details. We offer flexible check-in options, including smart keyless entry systems or a personal welcome by our team to hand over the keys and show you around the space.

We’ve got your back. You will have access to our dedicated Tenant WhatsApp Support line. If a lightbulb blows, the Wi-Fi acts up, or you have a maintenance emergency, just text us and our local team will solve it quickly.
